Upon receipt of payment, we try to ship within two to four weeks (weather permitting). Each pair is packaged in a U.S.P.S. approved crate. We will notify you of the day of shipping and provide you with the U.S.P.S. tracking number. Swans are shipped Monday,Tueday or Wednesday, for safety of the swans not spending a weekend in transit. The postal service recommends not to ship the swan if temperatures going to be over 85 degrees or dropping below 40 degrees. We will not ship if we have any concerns with the swan's safety.
